Remember to take a breath!!!

"Last night was amazing with Darik And The Funbags! Sometimes, I had to remember to take a breath. The incredible dancers, mind-blowing footwork were beyond my comprehension when they danced in unison. The smiles on the dancers' faces made it look so easy and enjoyable, like there was no effort at all. Obviously, there is tons of practice and hard work that goes into this kind of dance that flows like a river. The band, a small group with great power and skills, amazed all in the theater. The bodhran that Mark Alfred played with his hand inside the drum-like instrument was spellbinding. The fiddle played by Pat Mangan made me want to yell out "now that's how it's done son!". The band members were all great. Laura Yanez, the soloist, had the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. When she sang, I froze so as not to miss a note, one of the moments to remember to breathe! The baritone soloist, Michael Samuels, made my heart stop with his commanding and breathtaking presence and voice. After the show, we ran out back in hopes of thanking him, he was awesome. The Darik And The Funbags tappers trading taps were great and we loved that light-hearted segment in the show. Jason Bernard and Kelly Isaac were very entertaining."
